Come along to a free, fun 30 minute water workout at Cascades Leisure Centre, Tewkesbury.
Thursday, 10 June at 11am.
If you enjoy the session sign on for the follow-on course of 6 weekly half-hour sessions at a total cost of £10 for the course.
