Useful Links

Age Concern Gloucestershire’s website includes links to both internal (Age Concern) and external websites.  We select links that are editorially relevant and appropriate to our work with and on behalf of older people.

www.ageconcern.org.uk  Age Concern England

www.gloucestershire.gov.uk  Gloucestershire County Council

www.gloscarers.org.uk  Gloucestershire Carers

www.glosdeaf.org.uk   Gloucestershire Deaf Association

geecab.org   Gloucestershire County Association for the Blind

www.guide-information.org.uk   GUiDE Information Service - The health, social care & disability information service for Gloucestershire

How do we choose our links?

Links are included for a number of reasons:

  • To signpost users to other sources of relevant information
  • To provide users with a further source of informed comment
  • To provide users with background information
  • To provide users with useful practical information
  • To provide users with an opportunity to voice their opinion

Links to external websites

  • External links are selected on the basis of relevance, appropriateness and compliance with Age Concern Gloucestershire’s policies, practice and vision.
  • Age Concern Gloucestershire does not maintain or produce them
  • Age Concern Gloucestershire cannot change them.
  • They can be changed/edited without Age Concern Gloucestershire’s knowledge or agreement
  • Some of our external links may be to websites which also offer commercial services, such as online purchases.
  • The inclusion of a link to an external website from Age Concern Gloucestershire’s site should not be understood to be an endorsement of that website, the site’s owners or their products/services.

If you experience a problem with any of the products, companies or organisations to whom we have website links then please notify us: enquiries@ageconcernglos.org.uk
