Age Concern Gloucestershire is an independent charity and company limited by guarantee. The organisation is bound by its Memorandum and Articles of Association and governed by a Board of Directors/Trustees.
Directors/Trustees are responsible for setting the strategy for the organisation as well as ensuring it complies with relevant legislation. They are volunteers but nevertheless ultimately accountable for all aspects of the organisation's activity.
